Registration Fees

Early registration fees (until June 1^st 2024)

• Master or PhD student: 200€
• Not student: 300€

Late registration fees (after June 1^st 2024) & On site registration fees

• Master or PhD student: 250€
• Not student: 350€
• Daily registration: 150 euros/day

The banquet (Thursday evening)

100€/person

Fees covers:

• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• Lunches
• Ice breaker party
• Conference material, including the detailed program and abstracts.
